Coheed and Cambria Release Video Trailer For Upcoming Double Album ‘The Afterman’
Coheed and Cambria‘s next release will be a double album, with the first one due later this year. ‘The Afterman’ will feature new bassist Zach Cooper and the return of drummer Josh Eppard. Cooper, of course, replaced Michael Todd after his arrest for robbing a pharmacy of prescription drugs in 2011.

Metallica Special Effects Video From Mexico City Show Posted
Metallica’s eight-concert run in Mexico City has begun at the Palacia de los Deportes. A video of the ‘best effects’ during the opening show on Saturday, July 28 is now available (watch below). The nine minute clip includes shots of various pyro and lighting effects, including what appeared to be stagehands catching on fire.
Danko Jones to Release New Album in October
Canadian hard rockers Danko Jones have announced details of their upcoming sixth studio album. ‘Rock and Roll is Black and Blue’ will be released Oct. 9. It’s described as ‘13 tracks that are bolder, brasher and brawnier than anything they’ve attempted before.’

The mystery of Axl Rose‘s $200,000 in stolen jewelry may have been solved. As previously reported, three gold and diamond necklaces disappeared during a private party after a June 5 Guns N’ Roses concert in Paris. Rose was described as being furious about the theft, which is understandable when someone swipes 200 grand worth of your stuff.
