Boss Probelms? Study Reveals Five Types of Bosses.

Office Team has identified five types of bosses and follows up with tips on how to deal with each kind of boss.

Before we go any further, let me just say that my boss Tony LaBrie is the best boss ever!

TriState Homepage listed five types of bosses from the Office Team study.  They are as follows:

1.The Micromanager, who's constantly looking over your shoulder.

2. The Poor Communicator, who provides little or no direction.

3. The Saboteur, who takes all the credit for employees' ideas but blames others when something goes wrong.

4. The Bully, who demands everything be done his or her way.

5. The Mixed Bag, who's unpredictable.

How about if your boss is just an A-hole?  Unfortunately, that type of boss did not make the list.
