It's the last day of the regular season, and as of now, Miguel Cabrera looks like he's going to be the first player in 45 years to win the Triple Crown, leading MLB in homers, RBI and batting average.  Earlier this year, he led MLB in blood alcohol content, pulling a super DUI of .24.  Can Miggy make history?  We'll find out tonight.

I hope this is the last time I ever write about Penn State Football and the horrific sexual scandal that surrounds it.  My thoughts on what needs to happen to the school and the football program, plus the Tigers coming back to life and why I'm glad the Lions didn't give Cliff Avril a long time deal.

Rumor has it that model Kate Upton and Detroit Tigers pitcher, Justin Verlander are dating.  According to the New York Daily News, the pair recently attended an Aerosmith concert at the Palace of Auburn Hills and afterward hit up Coyote Joe's for some mechanical bull riding.

Actor Jeff Garlin added a few choice words to the end of 'Take Me Out to the Ballgame' last night at Wrigley Field. Garlin an obvious Cubs fan, shouted at the end of the traditional song 'You Tiger's Fans Suck'.  I know something that sucks too, his singing!

When I heard that Drew Smyly left Sunday's game after only three innings for a blister, I thought the dude was a wuss.  Now that I've seen that blister, I really can't blame him.  Check out the grossness.

You can't get mad at Jimmy "Smokes" for being fired up about the terrible officiating that cost the Tigers a game against the Red Sox.  It really was an awful call, and it really cost the Tigers the game.  Check out what Leyland had to say about the officials and the press.
