A couple weeks ago I posted a story about a guy in Florida who may or may not have gotten screwed on an iPad Mini he bought at Walmart. Now, it seems his story may have some validity to it. Because a similar situation has now happened 2500 miles a way in San Diego. Jim Nevarde bought an IPod Classic from a San Diego-area Target for $293 including the warranty and wrapped it up for his wife. But when she opened it up Christmas morning, the box contained erasers and index cards, not an iPod Classic. So how was Navarde's story treated when he went to return it? Was he sent packin' like our friend in Florida or did they hear him out?
