Avenged Sevenfold, Three Days Grace, Seether Announce Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival Dates

The 2011 Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival packs a strong punch with Avenged Sevenfold, Three Days Grace, Seether, Bullet for My Valentine and more booked for the annual touring brigade. The festival announced preliminary tour dates today (June 13), and although nothing is booked for Michigan (yet), a few dates come close.

The day-long hard rock and metal festival sets off August 26 in Camden, N.J., and will span North America before closing out October 9 in San Diego, Calif. Look for additional tour dates to drop June 29.

In all, the line-up comprises Avenged Sevenfold, Seether, Three Days Grace, Escape the Fate, Bullet for My Valentine, Sevendust, Black Tide, Art of Dying and the Black Cloud Collective.

The bands are also using the tour as an opportunity to give back, and a portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold will benefit Child Find of America and the Road 2 Recovery Foundation.
