Bay City Teen Charged After Threatening To Shoot People

Nicholas Rochow, 17,  was recently in court facing a felony count of false report of terrorism after sending threatening text messages to two people that attend Bay City Central High School.

According to reports the threats were to shoot and kill people - although no specific names were given. Police did not find any weapons at the teens home. Rochow could face up to 20 years in prison.
