CDC Releases Brand Names of Deadly THC Vape Cartridges
The Centers for Disease Control have released the brand names of THC vape cartridges that have been associated with lung illness and deaths.
As of last week, the death count for EVALI (e-cigarette or vaping product use associated lung injury) has risen to 48 people; there have been more than 2,200 confirmed cases.
The CDC has released the names of the brands that are most associated with EVALI. A whopping 56% of EVALI sufferers had used products from a company called Dank Vapes. Here's the caveat - the company only makes the packaging. They don't make the product that is inserted and inhaled.
Other brands include TKO, Smart Cart, and Rove.
