Chinese Restaurant Owner Charged With Abusing Cats [VIDEO]

True story. A Philadelphia restaurant owner is facing charges of animal cruelty after police found a video of him 'pulling, tugging and choking' four cats. Authorities were in the Chinese restaurant investigating an unrelated shooting when they came across the video.

According to MSNBC, Yu Zhen Chan, was arrested and is currently out on bail.  The video shows him intentionally hurting the kittens.  Two of the kittens and their mother were the only cats rescued.  I cannot be the only person wondering what happened to the others?  #5 Sweet & Sour Chicken to go perhaps?  I certainly hope not!
