City Workers Forced to Bring Own T.P. to Work [VIDEO]

According to the mayor of Windsor Missouri, "Everyone loves potty humor", and the poo jokes abound in this tale that left both the city alderman and the mayor "steaming". Why? Because male city works were told they had to bring their own toilet paper to work because of budget problems.
