In a surprise turn of events, Clayton Township Police Chief William Tucker, handed in his letter of resignation on January 16th, just a few days after the board approved a new two-year contract from him.
Board members are unaware of why Chief Tucker decided to resign and unanimously voted not to accept his resignation.
