With so many events, festivals, and concerts being postponed or canceled, it's hard to say what the future holds for the Crim Festival of Races this summer, however, Crim training programs are still scheduled to start in May.

The coronavirus outbreak has caused a huge disturbance in everyday life. At this point, it is even hard to make future plans for the summer as no one is sure what the future holds. One thing is for sure though, you can't just sit on the couch and not get exercise.

According to the Crim race director, Andy Younger, Crim training programs are still scheduled to begin May 5th. Of course, some changes will be made to protect against the spread of COVID-19 as you would expect.

The Crim training programs typically meet on Tuesdays at 6 pm. To stay up to date on the Crim training programs and the races themselves, click here.

Honestly, I know it is tough but, don't get lazy during the stay at home order situation we have. Get off your lazy ass and do something! Whether you run, walk the dog, ride a bike, work in your yard, whatever, stay active.
