Daycare Owner’s Scumbag Son Charged With Raping Toddler [VIDEO]

A concerned mother took her daughter to the hospital after the 3 year-old kept holding her private parts and then said a man at daycare had improperly touched her.

A rape examination was conducted. Police say they found 19 year-old Keenan Butler's DNA inside the little girl's private areas. Butler is the son of the daycare owner, who denies all the allegations.

According to NBC25, the state immediately suspended the daycare's license in March after learning the woman was reportedly leaving the children alone in her son's care. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services says it is working on making that permanent.
