Police Apologize For Rape Joke After Being Caught On Camera [VIDEO]

An internal investigation is underway after two Austin, TX officers were caught on camera cracking a 'rape joke'. The Austin Police Department has since issued an apology. However, Mark Lyttle and Michael Castillo the officers heard in the video are still on duty.
