Detroit’s American Coney Island to serve ‘Coney Paczki’ on Fat Tuesday

American Coney Island in downtown Detroit is keeping with tradition by serving paczkis on Fat Tuesday, well sort of.

They'll be offering up paczki-wrapped Detroit coneys. Just the sound of it makes me want to throw up. Hell, just looking at the picture I think I gained 10lbs. I'm not saying I wouldn't try it, I'm just saying it looks brutal.

According to the Detroit Free Press, it's a traditional Detroit coney dog — mustard, chili and chopped onions — but wrapped with the sweet, deep-fried Polish pastry instead of a regular hot dog bun.

I can't even imagine the crazy explosion of different flavors that hits your mouth when you bite into this sucker.
