Doug Hutchison 51-Year-Old Actor Marries 16-Year-Old Courtney Alexis Stodden

This is one for the "WTF" file, Doug Hutchison 51-year-old actor best known for his work in the Green Mile and Lost, creepily marries a 16-year-old Aspiring Country singer, Courtney Alexis Stodden. They definitely are not hiding the fact that he is 35 years older that her, but common man, a 16-year-old? Who does he think he is, Jerry Lee Lewis? When I first heard about this story I was pretty creeped out, I saw the picture (above) of Courtney Alexis Stodden, I didn't believe she was 16, but that goes to show that you always need to check the I.D.

According to E! Online Hutchins says this about the 35 year difference: "We're aware that our vast age difference is extremely controversial, but we're very much in love and want to get the message out there that true love can be ageless."

Strodden's mom had this to say about the marriage: "Courtney was a virgin when she married Doug. She is a good Christian girl. … She is a beautiful girl. She has real breasts, real lips, she's not plastic."

But my favorite quote of all came from Courtney's dad saying this about the marriage: "A father can only pray to have such a man behind his daughter." Really dad? Behind your daughter you say?

I guess I will have to say, and you can quote me, "A guy can pray that someday he finds a man's daughter to get behind." OK I will admit that is a bit outrageous, but so is a 51-year-old marrying a 16-year-old.
