Dow Diamond Events in Midland: Meow at the Dow & More

You and your furry friend are invited to join the Great Lakes Loons for Meow at the Dow, a fun-filled event where baseball fans can bring their cats along for a special day at the ballpark.

That's right! Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 12, 2026, the Great Lakes Loons will host a cat-friendly game at Dow Diamond in downtown Midland.

It is not uncommon for sporting events to host dog nights, but this is the first cat-friendly game I have ever heard of. The Great Lakes Loons will take on the South Bend Cubs, with the game scheduled to begin at 7:05 PM.
