FBI Agent Drops Gun While Dancing, Accidentally Shoots Bar Patron [VIDEO]

This is like something you'd see in a comedy, only thing is, the dude who takes a bullet isn't laughing whatsoever.

An off-duty FBI agent is in some serious trouble after his gun went off in a Denver nightclub, injuring a man who was standing nearby. The agent wasn't just hanging out and his gun accidentally went off, I'm sure he wishes that's what happened. Nope, the dope was dancing and did a backflip which caused his gun to fall out of his waistband holster onto the floor. When he went to pick up the gun, it went off, striking a man in the leg.

According to CBS, It's unclear if the FBI agent was drinking and authorities are awaiting blood tests to determine if alcohol was a factor in the incident. It's hard to believe he wasn't drinking. I mean this happened in a nightclub around 12:45 a.m. on a Saturday night.
