Fire In Midland Apartment Complex Displaces 174 Tenants [VIDEO]

Last night, a four-alarm fire in a senior apartment complex displaced 174 tenants. The fire started on the top floor and is believed to be caused by a candle a tenant was burning. 

Thankfully, everyone made it to safety and no one was seriously hurt.
