The Flint Firebirds will be hosting their annual Blue Vs. White game this Saturday, April 21st at Flint Iceland Arena. This is a FREE event, however, the Firebirds are asking for a minimum $5 dollar donation for the survivors and families of the victims in the Humboldt Broncos hockey team. Tragically 15 lives were lost in a recent bus accident. Whatever is raised will be matched (and multiplied) by the Firebirds Foundation and participating team sponsors and supporters.

Firebirds fans will have the opportunity to meet current players Luke Cavallin, Marcus Getz, Kyle Harris and Ethan Keppen. First-round 2018 draft pick Evan Kepplen will be on hand as well as the coaching staff. The event will also feature free hot dogs, beverages and bounce houses for the kids. The party is on rain or shine. Flint Iceland Arena is located on Elms Road in Flint. The timeline of events is as follows:

  • 2:00 pm – Firebirds Tailgate Party (Iceland Arenas)
3:30 pm – Team Blue vs. Team White (Iceland Arenas)
5:00 pm – BBQ Meet & Greet with Players & Staff (Iceland Arenas)
