In March 2025, we will celebrate the 23rd anniversary of The Machine Shop. A crucial aspect of the world-famous Machine Shop in Flint is its dedicated staff.

The cool thing about the staff at The Machine Staff is the low turnover. You could not find a group of more dedicated people. Did you know that Jimi Buttcrack and Jon Tanner have been at The Machine Shop with owner Kevin Zink since 2002?

The Machine Shop staff are like friends and family to many, both customers and bands.

Every anniversary, I like to highlight The Machine Shop employees and thank them for their efforts in providing the best concert experience for everyone who walks through the door.

The Machine Shop is renowned worldwide for many reasons, and these individuals are a big part of its stellar reputation.
