Flint’s Delphi East Plant To Get $12 Million Investment [VIDEO]
Phoenix Investors has already spent more than $3 million to purchase the land that the plant sits on and are ready to dump even more money into it. Renovations will begin immediately with hopes to have new tenants in the building by 2018.
The property has been vacant since 2013.
