Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson and Jelly Roll reunited recently. While I can't confirm the exact place and time, I suspect they were in Kansas last night, along with Bunnie XO.

Or maybe it was recorded at Little Caesars Arena on November 6th? How's that for detective work?

Jelly Roll played a sold-out show Wednesday, November 13th, 2024 in Kansas City, and Sheriff Swanson posted this video last night,

From all accounts, Jelly Roll and Sheriff Swanson became fast friends when Jelly Roll performed for inmates at the Genesee County Jail in Flint, Michigan in December 2023.

As a matter of fact, footage of Jelly Roll at the Genesee County Jail was featured during his CBS This Morning feature in January of 2024.

Since then, Jelly Roll has returned to the Genesee County Jail a few more times, including a stop to open a recording studio in the jail.

Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson recently posted a video, leading to speculation about a possible run for governor in 2026. If he decides to run, my guess is that Jelly Roll will perform on the campaign trail.
