Genesee County’s New Ethnicity-Specific STD Brochures are Hilarious [PHOTOS]

Every time "the man" tries to use slang or pop culture references to sell an idea to the masses, it results in epic failure. Somehow, these latest brochures on sexually transmitted diseases (which can be found at the McCree Bulding and a number of other places in Genesee County) go so far beyond epic fail territory that they actually land in the win column (it's weird how that works, isn't it?).

The first, titled "Don't Be Caught Slippin' In Yo Pimpin' When it Comes to STDs" is clearly aimed at the hip hop culture. The borderline insulting tri-fold brochure comes complete with clip art of a guy rocking a mic and a woman in club attire next to the message "Don't Go Bare Back." My favorite section is the "Am I Trippin' When it Comes to STDs" checklist.

There is also a new Latino-friendly brochure called "Ju Wanna Have Unprotected Sex, Ese? Then Say Hello to My Little Friend... HERPES!" Just kidding. You can see pics of "Choosing Safer Sex: A Story About Javier, Carmela and Condoms" among those included below.
