The Genesee Valley Center in Flint Township recently lost another kiosk.

If the mall was your go-to spot for mobile phone, tablet, and device repairs, you will now need to visit another location for services such as cracked screen repairs, charging port replacements, and battery replacements.

What kiosk recently closed at the Genesee Valley Center?

Fix Zone, formerly Cellairis, recently closed.

In the past, I haven’t typically reported on kiosk closures at Genesee Valley Center. However, given the number of messages I have received about Fix Zone leaving the mall, I thought it was worth sharing this update with everyone.

It appears this particular closure caught the attention of quite a few people who relied on the kiosk for device repairs, making it a notable change for regular shoppers and mall walkers.

If my count is correct, there are still 16 stores currently operating at the mall, including Hot Topic, Victoria's Secret, JCPenney, GNC, Spencer’s, and several others. You can view the full list of open stores at Genesee Valley Center in the photo gallery below.

The Genesee Valley Center no longer has any food options for shoppers. Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, which had long been a favorite stop for soft pretzels and lemonade, was the mall’s final food vendor. After serving customers for many years, the storefront permanently closed its doors in May 2025.
