Govt. Steals Basketball Hoops In Delaware Neighborhood! WTF? [VIDEO]

I'm not so sure how I feel about this.  The details are a little unclear to me as to why these were taken from the residents.  I am glad though that cops in Delaware are keeping busy with such pressing matters while both cops in Flint are over worked!  Tell me what you think!Me personally, I think that is some BS!
