4-Year-Old Hands Out Heroin At Daycare

It is a miracle that no children were harmed after a fellow playmate brought over 200 bags of heroin to school. The 4-year-old Delaware girl passed out several bags to kids in her daycare class, thinking it was candy!

Staff spotted the kids with the small bags of heroin and immediately confiscated them. The bags were turned over to police who identified the white powdery substance to indeed be heroin.

So how did this happen? 30-year-old Ashley Tull sent her daughter to school with a backpack full of the drugs after the child's usual backpack was damaged by a family pet. As you can guess, Mommy Druggest is now being charged with maintaining a drug property and endangering the welfare of a child. All three of her children have been placed with a relative.
