What’s Going Into the Old Rite Aid in Grand Blanc?
Something's happening at the old Rite Aid building in Grand Blanc. If you've noticed activity there recently, you're not alone. But what’s actually moving in? That’s the big question.
With all Rite Aid locations closing for good last year, we should be more specific when talking about new businesses moving into the former store.
If you’ve driven past the former Rite Aid at Hill and Belsay Roads in Grand Blanc, you’ve probably noticed the trucks and dumpsters outside. And if you’re wondering what’s going on, you’re not alone, just about everyone passing by has been thinking the same thing.
Out of curiosity, someone on Facebook asked what was going on with the old Rite Aid building, and the responses started rolling in.
What's Going Into the Old Rite Aid in Grand Blanc?
While most of it was speculation, including the idea that it was going to be a Dollar Tree, others joked that it was turning into a hookah bar or a dispensary.
One person in the Grand Blanc Uncensored group pointed out that on their maps app, the location was listed as Advia Credit Union. I was curious, so I checked the maps app on my phone. Well, wouldn’t you know it, it’s listed as Advia Credit Union there too. Whether that’s accurate or just a placeholder remains to be seen.
Honestly, I was hoping for something a little more exciting than a credit union.
It was a bummer when Rite Aid closed. It was so convenient to stop there on my way home from work and pick up a few essentials or my prescriptions.
