Grand Blanc Student Arrested After Threatening to Harm Students and Staff

A Grand Blanc Student was recently arrested after posting on social media they were planning on hurting students and staff.

According to WNEM, Superintendent Clarence Garner said he received word late Thursday night that a Grand Blanc High School student posted a threat on social media. The information was immediately reported to the Grand Blanc City Police Department. The student was arrested and taken into custody Thursday night.

In this day and age, you have to take every case like this seriously. It doesn't matter if the student was just pissed off about something and was venting or just not thinking like a typical kid, you have to take it seriously. It's better to be safe than sorry especially with cases like this. At the same time, these kids really do need to think before they go spouting off on social media.
