My very first question when I saw this was, "how did they not know this was going to happen in that room?"

A 17-year-old man was recently handcuffed and stuck in an interrogation room. When the officer that put him in there left the room, it took the man about 10 seconds to find his way out. He simply opened the window and took a head-first dive to freedom. In the surveillance video, you can see the man running away from the building after the escape.

After about 15 minutes, an officer returned to the room only to find it empty. His reaction was pretty great when he let out a nice "Ooooh, no f***in' way." How has that not happened before? No locks on the windows and they are obviously big enough for a man to fit through. Police began to search the area and found the dude two hours later hiding at a friend's house.
