Husband And Wife Charged In Stabbing Death In Traverse City

This is just another sick story of something that happened in the world. In Traverse City, is being charged in the stabbing death of a 54-year-old man. The man was actually the father to the wife. 

Brian and Jessica Degroot are now in jailed in being charged with open murder. Brian is 47-years-old and Jessica is 27-years-old. Kalkaska County Sheriff Pat Whiteford said that the husband killed 54-year-old Michael Brandt and Jessica helped clean up the scene. They may even be facing a torture charge.

It is likely that the 911 call was made two days after the murder.
