Kalamazoo Man Sentenced For Beating Girlfriend With Puppy

Can you get any lower than using a puppy as a weapon? I think not! A Kalamazoo resident did just that. Timothy Tucker beat his girlfriend with a 2-week-old puppy in November 2014. The beating was so severe the woman had to be hospitalized and the dog died.

I will let you determine if the punishment fits the crime. For this heinous act of cruelty, Tucker was sentenced to only six months in jail. Probation will follow the jail time. What are your thoughts?
