Lapeer Days 2026: Dates for Michigan’s Largest Free Festival

Lapeer Days is a tradition not only for Lapeer County families, but for families from all across Michigan.

The annual festival features live music from both local and national bands, food vendors, carnival rides, family activities, and one of the most fun beer tents around.

While it is too soon to announce who will be playing at Lapeer Days 2026, it is not too early to lock in the dates and get ready for some good old-fashioned fun in downtown Lapeer.

When is Lapeer Days 2026?

Dates are as follows,

• Friday: August 21st, 2026
• Saturday: August 22nd, 2026
• Sunday: August 23rd, 2026

What else can I expect at Lapeer Days 2026?

The annual parade on Saturday morning, August 22nd, is always a big draw. Guests can also enjoy helicopter rides, a classic car show, and a craft show.

Your kids will love the inflatables, a giant sandbox, free face painting, ponies, and bubbles.

These are just a few of the many bands that have performed at the festival, and there is never any charge to see any shows at Lapeer Days.
