Man Holds Woman At Gunpoint For Hours In Lapeer County Home

A Michigan man is facing countless charges after allegedly breaking into the home of his ex-wife, and holding her at gunpoint for hours. According to reports, the pair have been divorced for 8 years. WTF?

Jerome Fahner is accused of breaking into the woman's Almont home, and holding her captive (at gunpoint), for 6 hours. I am not sure how, but the unidentified woman was eventually able to call for help. Fahner, 51, is now being charged with the following,

• Kidnapping
• Armed robbery
• First-degree home invasion
• Extortion
• Unlawful imprisonment
• Assault with a dangerous weapon
• Interfering with an electronic communication device
• Seven counts of felony firearm

I cannot even imagine experiencing something like this. Fahner is due back in court next month.
