It's absolutely amazing that this dog is still alive after his owner left him in his backyard for months without food. 

This loser from Tennessee told police that he was out of work and couldn't afford to take care of the dog. So instead of just taking him in somewhere, he decided to let him rot in the backyard. Luckily someone called officials and Nino is now getting the help he so desperately needed.
