Man Turns Himself in After Hitting and Killing Two Teens in Flint [VIDEO]

Two 13-year-old girls were killed over the weekend while attempting to cross North Saginaw near Carton streets on Flint's north side

The driver of the maroon colored car did not stop after hitting the girls but did eventually turn himself into police. It was a horrible thing that he did but I'm glad he at least had the sense to turn himself in. According to NBC25, it's believed speed was a factor in the accident.
