Michigan College President Arrested For DUI [VIDEO]

Earlier this month Charles Dillon, president of West Shore Community College, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence. Police have now released the dash cam footage of his field sobriety test. He seemed a bit confused during the whole thing. Manistee police have said his blood alcohol content was 0.186.
