Michigan Could Break Guinness World Record with Food Truck Rally
The great state of Michigan might be able to break a Guinness World Record in June for the most food trucks in one location.
The "World's Largest Food Truck Rally" is going to take place during the River Days Festival in Detroit. More than 120 food trucks are scheduled to make an appearance and sell food at the event. It will all happen at West Riverfront Park in Detroit this month. You can check out the event Friday, June 21st through Sunday, June 23rd. The event is expecting trucks from all over Michigan and the country to sling some food for well over ten thousand people in attendance.
The current record is 121 food trucks in Tampa, Florida in 2014. That event happened at the Florida State Fairgrounds. Check out a full list of the food trucks here.
Aside from well over one hundred food trucks, River Days will feature a lot of fun things to do with the family. There will be a carnival, zip-lines, inflatables, live music, and more.
