Michigan Health Officials Warn Of Hepatitis A Outbreak [VIDEO]
An extremely serious and deadly medical situation is spreading through Michigan. An outbreak of Hepatitis A has been reported in 11 Michigan counties.
So far, the outbreak has claimed 18 lives and been confirmed in 400 other cases. Hepatitis A is transmitted from person to person and can cause abdominal pain among other symptoms.
As of now, there are confirmed cases in Huron, Ingham, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, Sanilac, St. Clair, Washtenaw and Wayne Counties.
