Michigan Legislators Unintentionally Allow Drinking and Driving Loophole [VIDEO]

First and foremost, drinking and driving is extremely dangerous. If you drive while intoxicated not only are you endangering your life, but the lives of innocent people. That being said, Michigan legislators accidentally created a loophole for drinking and driving offenders.
