A high school teacher in Bangor, Michigan has resigned after incident with a student. The 16-year-old student reported to officials on Monday that he was duct-taped to a chair during class. Sadly, this isn't the first time this has happened in Michigan.

The teacher has since admitted to Police Chief Tommy Simpson, saying she did it as a joke. The student apparently uses hand gestures while speaking and the teacher found it distracting.
