Construction on Saginaw Street in downtown Flint is complete.

Downtown Flint area businesses remained open during the restoration project, despite the difficulties posed by the Saginaw Street road closure.

It was an inconvenience nonetheless for many people. To attract customers back to the downtown area, free parking is now available until Sept.
