Michigan Teen Saves Classmate From Choking at School [VIDEO]
The little plastic ring on a water bottle is something that most people never even think about until it's stuck in their throat in math class!
14-year old Reginald Jones Jr was in class at Trillium Academy in Taylor, when he took a drink of water, and the force from the water caused the little ring to get caught in his throat. He stood up, and when his friend Alex Gillman saw the color of his eyes, he immediately knew what was going on. He performed the heimlich maneuver, and after six tries, the ring was removed from Jones' throat! Jones' father was so thankful and went to the school to thank Gillman in person. Enjoy this good news to carry you through the day!
