Missing Man’s Body Found Near Abandoned Car Location In Hartland Township

In a sad turn of events, the body of Ryoji Aoki was found over a week after his disappearance.
As previously reported, Aoki was last seen on December 6th yet his car was found that same day with his cell phone inside. The car was found just two miles east of US-23 According to Livingston Daily, his body was found on Saturday, December 16th in a wooded area near where his car was found. No cause of death has been announced, and the Detroit Police Department asks that anyone with information call 313-596-5440.
