Not that looks have anything to do with the Detroit Lions beating the Los Angeles Rams this Sunday at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan - but a player for the Detroit Lions was recently named the most handsome player in the NFL.

You could look at it as shallow, but it is a compliment nonetheless.

So which Detroit Lions team member was named the most handsome player in the NFL? Here is a hint - he is a placekicker.

If you guessed Michael Badgley, you are correct.

The results were determined by analyzing several measures of attractiveness. According to Gamblino, there is such a thing as an attractiveness test that can predict how people would rate someone’s facial attractiveness on a scale of 0 to 10.

So clearly, Miked Badgley tested well. Badgely may be the most handsome player in the NFL, but he is not the sexiest.

The sexiest NLF player (according to Gamblino) is Jimmy Garoppolo of the Las Vegas Raiders.

Chances are both of these men could care less about these titles, looks don't win games. However, we are sure it can't hurt when it comes to their personal lives.

With all the anticipation about this Sunday's NFL playoff game in Michigan, it is kind of fun to see a not-so-serious stat about a Detroit Lions team member.
