Mt. Pleasant Woman Stabs Son in Thighs With Steak Knife

A Mt. Pleasant woman was recently arrested after she allegedly stabbed her son in both thighs with a steak knife.

Police were called to the 1100 block of Ward Street on Sept. 25 after the 50 year-old woman stabbed her 32-year-old son.

He was taken to the hospital and is expected to fine. As fine as you can be after getting stabbed.

It's believed that alcohol played a role in the incident.

I've pissed off my mother plenty of times over the years but not to the point that she felt the need to pull out a steak knife and stab me with it. I guess I'm lucky and have one of those non-stabbing mothers.
