New Owners Of The Burger Bar and Tap Revealed

More often than not, rumors are NOT true. However, in this particular instance - the rumors are true. I am beyond excited to confirm that Justin Knight is indeed one of the new owners of The Burger Bar and Tap. Many of you already know Justin, if not - he is the owner of The Corner Bar & Grill in Fenton.

Justin Knight, along with co-owner Matt McCord, are going into this restaurant venture swinging. Leading the charge in the kitchen is Head Chef Jody Brunori. Chef Jody is a James Beard nominee for Best Chef: Midwest, and you may know her from her many years at The Laundry in Fenton. Chef Jody has already been posting food on The Burger Bar and Tap Facebook page, from burgers, to fried chicken, and macaroni and cheese - it all looks delicious.

Classic arcade games like Frogger and Galaga, are also a new feature at The Burger Bar and Tap. As far as an opening date goes, Justin and Matt are shooting for this month (January 2021).

Now the real question is will we be able to dine-in when they do open, or will we be ordering carry out? I guess we will know soon enough, either way I can't wait to try food (and drinks of course) from The Burger Bar and Tap.
