The Vault – New Restaurant Opening In Fenton This Spring

Update 1/17/22 - I told you about The Vault this past March. At that time the goal was to open in the fall of last year. It looks like the highly anticipated spot is now set to open this spring.

I live in Fenton and let me tell you, there is never a lack of places to eat. From breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner - your options are endless in Fenton. Now it looks like we will soon have another option, The Vault restaurant/bar will be opening downtown.

According to the Tri-County Times, The Vault is going to be located on Leroy Street, inside what is now Billmeier Camera, which will soon be moving to First Street in Fenton. If you know the building, you know this is a great location. The spot does feature two floors, and both will be utilized by The Vault.

The Vault is described as fancy casual, specializing in seafood and prime beef. The targeted date to open is in the fall of 2021. You may be familiar with the new owners already, Jason Hester and Kosta Popoff own Starlite Coney Island and Starlite Burger, and Coney Shop in Burton.

It is funny how excited you can get over a new restaurant. I know I cannot be the only one that does. One of the great joys in life is a nice dinner out with your significant other or a group of friends.

I will keep you updated as to the exact opening date of The Vault, I cannot wait to try it. In the meantime, if you have not been to Fenton in a while or ever - check it out. You will not leave hungry that is for sure.
