North End Soup Kitchen To Stay Open Longer Today

With the temperatures so extreme today, the North End Soup Kitchen will be open extra hours for the less fortunate.

According to my weather app, the high for today is only 21 degrees. With the temperatures being so brutal, the North End Soup Kitchen has decided to at extra hours to their day to help those in need of a warm place to be. On a typical day, the soup kitchen is closed between lunch and dinner, today however, the building will remain open from 10 am until 5 pm.

The North End Soup Kitchen will have some tables set up in the hallway for those in need of a warm place to stay for the day. It is awesome to see the staff and volunteers going the extra mile to make sure those in need and less fortunate are taken care of during these harsh temperatures.
