Not Removing Snow From Your Sidewalk Could Result in Fines [VIDEO]

I had no idea that you could get a fine for not removing snow from your sidewalk. Hell, they say you can get a fine for not removing snow from a public sidewalk.
I don't think this is something that's heavily enforced but it's still possible depending on where you live. For example, if you live in Swartz Creek, you could get a $50 fine because there's an ordinance saying public sidewalks need to have the snow removed within 48 hours.

Now, if you think you can sue me because you fell on my slippery sidewalk, think again. In the ABC12 video above you'll see why it would be a challenge.
