Things got weird in a Wisconsin courtroom when a clown walked in for a trial. Yea, you read that right.

In Washington County, Wisconson, a public official decided to fight a $10 seat belt ticket. Instead of going into the courtroom like a normal person, he decided to dress up like a clown. Even with my minimal time spent in the court systems, even I know this is a great way to piss off a judge. If you're going to pay a fine in change to make a point, I understand that, but pissing off a judge over a stupid click it or ticket situation, that's another.

Washington County Board Member Mark McCune, felt that the ticket was unfair. He said that he was wearing a seatbelt, just not properly due to shoulder issues. While I think it's good to fight something if you're wrongly accused, sometimes you still need to pick your battles. To me, a $10 ticket isn't a battle worth fighting.
